Nicholas J. Roefaro
Nicholas J. Roefaro attended Stetson University College of Law where he earned both his J.D. and an M.B.A. Before law school, Mr. Roefaro attended the University of Central Florida where he earned his degree in Business Management. Mr. Roefaro has over a decade of experience representing both businesses and individuals in real estate, property insurance, and general civil litigation matters throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Roefaro has received recognition as a “Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star” 2017-2023. Mr. Roefaro is a member of the Florida Bar, and the Real Property and Probate Law section. Mr. Roefaro lives in the Tampa Bay area and when not in the office, he enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time with is wife and two children.
Robin L. Hughes
Robin L. Hughes earned her J.D. from Stetson University School of Law in Gulfport, Florida, in 2014, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Florida, in 2011. Before law school, Ms. Hughes worked as a legal assistant for 18 years, including two years as a Judicial Assistant (an assistant to a Judge). Ms. Hughes is a member of the Young Lawyers, Elder Law, Real Property and Probate Law, and the Solo and Small Firm sections of the Florida Bar. Ms. Hughes lives in Safety Harbor, Florida, with her spouse and her two dogs “Justice” and “Liberty.”
